- What is your return policy?
- Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, with the exception of full price Keds shipped domestically within the U.S. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Furniture, pillows, personalized stationery, and framed art prints are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, wallpaper rolls can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for wallpaper return shipping costs. Wallpaper Samples are all final sale. We accept returns for all styles in our sleepwear and swimwear collection within 30 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact for swimwear.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. - How do I return an item?
- 1. Make sure that your order qualifies
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Fabric may be returned if it hasn’t been cut, washed or altered in any way. Swimwear may be returned as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact. Furniture, pillows, personalized orders, framed art prints, wallpaper samples, and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.

2. Return your order and packing slip
With the exception of rugs, wallpaper, and swimwear, please send your order and its original packing slip to:RIFLE PAPER CO.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
3. Await credit
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact [email protected]. - Do you offer exchanges?
- We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact [email protected].
- Can I exchange my Keds?
- We do not process exchanges on BARNES & NOBLE INC. × Keds items. However, we do offer free returns for Keds shipped within the U.S. purchased at full price and can process a refund. If you wish, you may place a new order in your desired size and style.
- Do you offer price adjustments?
- We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases only within 5 days of your order being placed. We will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. Refunds cannot be placed on a gift card unless that was the original payment method used. We are not able to honor gift with purchase promotions on orders that have already been placed. Requests for price adjustments can be sent to [email protected].
